CHALLENGE

It is difficult for a person to make an expensive purchase on the Internet.
It is even more difficult when it comes to used things, especially if it is a car.

USER RESEARCH

Through a campaign on social media, a sample of people was selected to be interviewed to find the pain points
in the purchase of a used car, with a particular focus on the web.
In exchange for the collaboration, they received discount coupons for the purchase of a used car.

rather than trying to offer offers and sell cars. Carbrando must be a helpful tool for the user.
