It is difficult for a person to make an expensive purchase on the Internet.
It is even more difficult when it comes to used things, especially if it is a car.
Through a campaign on social media, a sample of people was selected to be interviewed to find the
pain points
in the purchase of a used car, with a particular focus on the web.
In exchange for the collaboration, they received discount coupons for the purchase of a used
car.
A new corporate image that breaks away from the historical name of the company. A new name for a new reality with modern sales processes.
The choice of playful graphics is intended to be more familiar and close to everyone. The colors also want to give a new and fresher tone to the company.
The approach of this new reality will be aimed more at providing purchase support
rather than trying to offer offers and sell cars. Carbrando must be a helpful tool for the user.
The homepage is clean and clear, with no invasive advertising.
Immediately the user can request help from a consultant.
The search tools are designed to help the user find the right car for him faster and more accurately
On the vehicle page, it is possible to see the car in all its details thanks to the large gallery
and the possibility of viewing the car at 360°.
The price is also clearly visible to express clarity and honesty.
