How to bring customers and prospects closer to electric cars
by transmitting trust and concrete support to them?
For a few days, some of the people who entered the showroom were interviewed.
The same thing was done in salons representing different brands.Before moving on to the ideation
phase, we used different Empathize Methods to get to define the problems.
By interviewing people of different ages and backgrounds,
it emerged that everyone is mistrustful of electric cars and there are recurring reasons for
concern.
It is therefore not a generational problem, but more of the communication of products and
services.
Some of the respondents also believe that it is impractical to use electric cars due to their lack
of knowledge on the subject

Using the Crazy Eights method was a good strategy to turn problems into ideas.
It was helpful in the initial phase of designing solutions.
Create a dedicated space where the user can find information, advice, and tools
to make them autonomous in the choice and use of an electric car.
A dedicated section to answer the most
common doubts and to advise on better use of
cars and
electric columns.
A tool to quickly calculate costs and charging times.
If the suggestions given in the appropriate section are not enough, there is a chat with an operator available for user support.
